Work description
Staffordshire County Council want to appoint a financial and commercial advisor who has significant experience in the delivery of urban regeneration residential led mixed-use schemes.
The role will encompass supporting and advising on the procurement of a Development Partner for the Eastgate Regeneration Programme.
Additional information: Procurement was undertaken via a mini competition to four invited providers. An exception to the Staffordshire County Council procurement regulations was authorised allowing for this process
