The City invites expressions of interest for: 21 New Street refurbishment works\. The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing; • Contractor technical design \(to RIBA Stage 4\) • Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces \(Cat A\) • Upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment is required to approximately 4,700m2 \(50,600 sqft\) of 21 New Street, City of London, EC2M 4TP\. The works budget is circa £3,000,000\. The target construction start date is February 2017 with completion for August 2017\. The contract type will be an amended NEC3 Option A: Priced Contract with Activity Schedule\.
