ENVIRONMENT & TRANSPORT - COMMISSIONING FRAMEWORK (E&T-CF)

Leicestershire County Council (Council) has established a framework agreement with several consultants for the provision of transport and land use planning and modelling consultancy advice. The prime purpose of the advice is to support the Council and other user organisations the use of its comprehensive transport model called the Leicester and Leicestershire Integrated Transport Model. (LLITM).
