CWC21030 Preliminary Market Engagement for Cycle Counters and Information Display

Wolverhampton City Council are currently seeking to procure and install additional, permanent cycle counters and information display boards.

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish how the Council can procure the required hardware, software and service contract.

The PME will provide an opportunity for Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the design and supply of the required cycle counting hardware and software and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.
