22017 For the Supply, Install and maintenance of Access Contract System

The Council is looking to appoint a new Contractor to either take over the current access control system or install a new system for all of its existing and future building locations. The successful bidder will also be required to take on the maintenance and servicing of some of the Council's CCTV system in certain locations. The Access Control system is a County-wide system, managed from the Council's new Headquarters in Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon. It covers over forty Five (45) buildings from offices, to depots, and libraries to name a few. The contract term is expected to be eight (8) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years.
