## Description

Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services \(part of Lichfield District Council\) have established a project to look at a temporary building to be used by local homeless individuals in Lichfield City Centre\. It is anticipated that the building design will use low-impact temporary practices in the forms of timber construction and prefabricated elements\. The current design allows for three single bedrooms containing a single bed, a standard UK \+ USB outlet and a skylight, finished with a resistant PVCu panelling finish, accessed using a pin locked door\. In addition to these there will be separate wetroom and toilet \(Part T compliant\) facilities accompanied by a staff accessable plant room\. The budget for this project should ideally be below £75,000\.
