## Description

The University employees approximately 2500 employees predominantly based within the West Midlands region in Walsall, Wolverhampton and Telford\. A very small number of staff are based overseas\. The University is seeking to contract with an EAP supplier to deliver an effective EAP service to the University’s employees; however use of the service will not be mandatory\. Pass/Fail requirements are as follows: • Accreditation to ISO 9001-2008 \( a quality management standard for all procedures and policies including EAP service elements\) • Accreditation to ISO 27001 – 2005 \(an information security management standard\) • Accredited membership of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association \(EAPA\) and of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy \(BACP\) accredited counselling service • An extensive, UK-wide affiliate network of EAP and specialist practitioners • Please confirm you satisfy ALL criteria in section 5 of the scope and specification To access the opportunity please register on BravoSolution using the following link https://wlv\.bravosolution\.co\.uk\.
