Torus is a large and diverse organisation, we are simultaneously a landlord, property developer, commercial contractor and social entrepreneur. Torus intends to enter into a 4 year Framework Agreement for Legal Services, split into the following 5 lots: Lot 1: Development and Specialist Property Transactions Lot 2: Sales and Routine Property Transactions Lot 3: Corporate and Finance Lot 4: Employment and HR Lot 5: Housing Management
