## Description

A further competition was carried out under Derby City Council's Specialist Consultancy Framework, Lot 4, Urban Design\. The masterplan is needed to develop and produce a master plan for the North Riverside area, in order to provide a clear, comprehensive and deliverable vision and create a sense of identity for the area that can be used to help guide future development of the area\. The document will set out design principles on matters of importance and how these can be implemented\. It will also provide guidance to developers on the City Council’s aspirations for the area and how these might be delivered\.
