Work description
Provision of Enforcement Agencies and similar collection or debt recovery services. The Service is to be divided into two lots however Enforcement Agencies will be issued cases for both lots :-
Lot 1: Revenues & Benefits - Collection of unpaid Council Tax and non-domestic Rates (Business Rates). Lot 2: Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) - Collection of unpaid parking charges.
