Provision of Enforcement Agencies and similar collection or debt recovery services\. The Service is to be divided into two lots however Enforcement Agencies will be issued cases for both lots :- Lot 1: Revenues & Benefits - Collection of unpaid Council Tax and non-domestic Rates \(Business Rates\)\. Lot 2: Penalty Charge Notices \(PCN's\) - Collection of unpaid parking charges\.
