Longmoor Lane - Children's Home Conversion Works

Liverpool City Council seeks a contractor to convert two adjoining semi-detached bungalows at 391-393 Longmoor Lane into a single children's home, providing four council-run, medium-term placements.

The works include structural alterations to create the single property, internal and external finishes, and reconfiguration to create additional bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living space, and bathroom facilities.
