TO REPLACE DN724580 The Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation \(MDC\) is a dedicated regeneration delivery vehicle which was officially created by the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, in September 2019\. It is a partnership between the Mayor, Stockport Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority, and Homes England and was the first MDC in the country to focus on redevelopment of a town centre\.
