## Description

Refurbishment of the Union of Students area on the main Kedleston Road Site Contractor is to note and make all necessary financial, health & safety and programme allowance for the whole project to be carried out between the hours of 1800 hours and 0830 hours and during the weekends JCT Minor Works Agreement with Contractors Design 2016\. The Project Start date is 18th December 2017 Completion and Handover is 5th February 2018
