## Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of all air conditioning, air handling units and other plant set out in the attached annex \(Appendix A\)\. During the term of the contract inspections will be required across the University Estate, to conform to article 9 of the Energy Performance of Buildings\.
