Olympia House, Staircase & Reception Refurbishment

Description

Staircase x 3 and main reception have been requested to be refurbished by the client, drawings and options have been approved to Tender by the client. Works to include new carpet, ceiling tiles where applicable, lighting and decorations, main reception desk to be replaced with new partition screen. Staircase being used for access / egress to main lab refit. Staircase to be replaced once all equipment for new lab has been installed. All staircases to be refurbished, new lighting
