## Description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council \(BwDBC\) is looking to award a concession contract for the provision of a mobile flower stall to be located in the car park outside the entrance to the Pleasington cemetery within the borough of Blackburn with Darwen for a 24 month period commencing on the 1st of November 2022 and ending on the 31st of October 2024 with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months\.
