## Description

Frimley Health NHS Foundation trust is seeking to appoint a Health Planner service\. The Health Planner is to provide support to clinicians and operational managers to act as a key link between the Design Team, Estates and Facilities work stream and the clinical / operational work streams ensuring that plans are coordinated as they are developed\. An Outline Business Case \(OBC\) and Full Business Case \(FBC\) will be required for approval by the Trust Board\.
