PSF4 3A- North Lakes School - Create space for additional SEND pupils

Description

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and progress RIBA stages 0-7. The objective being to increase SEND pupil places at North Lakes School to accommodate 4 / 6 No. pupils within the existing footprint of the school by converting the library adjacent to the existing SEND room. This will support the delivery of education for individuals with special educational needs and disabilities. This project will form part of our SEND programme.\r The consultant will work with contractors to meet the requirements of pupils with special needs. This could include access works including ramping, installation of handrails and acoustic treatments or aids for the visually impaired
