To provide IPCC PUBLIC CONFIDENCE OMNIBUS SURVEY 2016 which includes; placing a small number of questions in a face-to-face omnibus survey, collate and analyse the results, draw out the key findings and produce a report of publishable standard based on the content and format of those previously produced in this series\.
