## Description

The provision of survey software to enable in-house research within DESNZ\. For several years the Department \(DESNZ and previously BEIS\) have held contracts with Qualtrics, a survey software platform provider\. This software has been used by DESNZ researchers to deliver in-house research, which has been particularly useful when research has had to be delivered at pace \(e\.g\. in response to the energy crisis\) and to provide a lower cost option to conduct research without needing to procure external contractors\. This software is also currently used across government for similar purposes\.
