Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment

The SFRA should advise on how water management opportunities can be maximised to reduce flood risk and adapt to climate change through the spatial distribution of development and policy measures within the district. The outcomes of the SFRA will form a key part of the council's evidence base for its emerging Local Plan.
