## Description

Blackpool Council is looking for a specialist provider to develop and deliver a SEND capacity building and support programme for a number of Primary and Secondary schools in Blackpool\. The aim is to enable them to provide an inclusive education for all their children and young people through a 'Whole School SEND Approach'
