Stevenage Borough Council requires specialist retail consultancy skills to supplement the skills and knowledge of the in-house resources within Estates (Finance). The Council's tenanted non-residential portfolio is varied and includes 180 shops and 30 workshops and garages with neighbourhood centres, in addition to owning the freehold of pubs, health practices and other miscellaneous assets. The Council also holds the freehold title to significant town centre assets including retail, office space and leisure space.
