Description

The works will be carried out to 51nr properties is as follows; • Renewal of the existing main roof covering. Re-pointing brickwork to specific blocks. Replacement lead flashing. Replacement of all rainwater goods and external building plastics. Replacement of timber entrance doors with composite doors. Renewal of extractor fans, security lights and smoke alarms. Repair and renewal of store doors and gates. Replacement of existing timber cladding. Environmental works to renew footpaths and improve drainage across all bungalows and associated communal areas. These works will be carried out via 4 lots as follows: • Lot 1 - Scaffolding • Lot 2 - Roofing • Lot 3 Electrical Works • Lot 4 General Building Works Full details are available via ProContract tendering system.
