## Description

Gloucestershire County Council is looking to award a contract for commissioning community market development to increase and maintain access to inclusive cost effective Arts & Leisure activity short breaks for disabled children and young adults between the ages of 0 – 25\. Please note: this is a market development role and does not involve direct provision to children and young people of short breaks or other activities\. The aim of this procurement is to award a maximum of 1 contract for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, through an open process using the Light Touch Regime section 3, under the OJEU threshold, commencing 1st April 2017\.
