## Description

Rossendale Borough Council \(RBC\) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced place-making individual/organisation to undertake the design and delivery of the regeneration scheme at Haslingden Market\. This project has been made possible with a £500,000 capital works investment through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and a contribution from Rossendale Borough Council\.
