Description
COVID-19 has resulted in all IAPT treatment being delivered remotely via video/phone/text/digital products. This requirement (IAPTus - digital care record system for psychological therapy services) facilitates the ability for patients to complete their mental health outcome questionnaires online, to maximise time in therapy. From 1 April 2019, NHS England and NHS Improvement are working together as a new single organisation to better support the NHS to deliver improved care for patients.
