## Description

LCRCA are looking to engage with a cloud migration technology partner with experience working with major Cloud Service Providers to: - 1\. Perform a Cloud Readiness Assessment\. 2\. Identify any gaps with the current operating model \(Skills/Roles/Processes\)\. 3\. Design the target architecture and identify a suitable Cloud Service Provider\. 4\. Design and cost the connectivity and integration of remaining 'on premise' applications in a hybrid environment\. 5\. Provide recommendations on availability, security, backup & resilience\. 6\. Evidence & quantify carbon footprint reduction\. 7\. Provide a business case for the transition to the recommended Cloud Service Provider including financial forecasting and return on investment projections\. 8\. Produce a project activity timeline demonstrating the ability to meet the project completion deadlines outlined in the 'Project Timescale' section above\. 9\. Produce a resource plan outlining the LCRCA resource requirements and skill sets needed to complete the commission\. 10\. Advise on the exit strategy and costs to prevent long term supplier 'lock in'\.
