Bristol City Council's Housing Development Team (HRA) wish to appoint a Cost Consultant & Employers Agent to provide professional services across these three MMC IUK projects. Bell Close - (ex-garage site in Horfield) - currently mid RIBA Stage 2, Concept Design, programmed to enter Pre-Application and Public Consultation Processes in early 2021. 190-196 Romney Avenue - (Lockleaze) approaching the end of RIBA Stage 1, Briefing / Feasibility, about to enter Pre-Application and Public Consultation Processes in early 2021. Inns Court Green - (former shops site in Knowle West) approaching the end of RIBA Stage 1, Briefing / Feasibility, about to enter Pre-Application and Public Consultation Processes in early 2021.
