A digital map based system for managing and maintaining Traffic Regulation Orders;a digital system to manage permanent, temporary and experimental Traffic Regulation Order (TROs) as well as enforceable and advisory restrictions and controls not requiring an Order, as defined by TSRGD 2016; Generate printed mapped schedules to Traffic Regulation Orders etc (TROs) based on mapped designs created and held within the software/database system; Allow a full system audit including the retention and search of historic records; Provision of system updates, system security backups; Provision of training; Licenses for the new service; Ongoing maintenance and support of the service; Hosting of the new service
