## Description

The Government Property Agency \(GPA\) wishes to award a call off contract under Crown Commercial Services, Legal Services Panel framework agreement ref: RM6179\. The proposed contract is for the supply of legal services in relation to review and development of the required procurement documentation \(to include the development of all Contract Schedules and a review of the final tender pack\), and support in the event of a legal challenge\. The Legal Partner will be required at all stages to work with the GPA staff \(predominantly the WSTP SCP Commercial Team\) and GPA consultants and any other external consultants, delivery partners or other legal advisors\.
