Appointment of PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordinator for SHDF funded project covering approx 615 properties across Essex / Kent /London plus a further 240 properties across the same area, which are not funded from any SHDF grant. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
