Fleet Insurance Broker

Contract for the provision of a brokerage service for Staffordshire County Councils Fleet Vehicle Insurance Portfolio.

The Supplier shall ensure that;

•It fully complies with Financial Services Authority Regulations as required •That qualified and experienced staff are available during normal office hours •There is a continuity of personnel both in the short and long term •It complies with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •They attend regular review meeting as defined in the KPIs

The Supplier shall;

•Oversee the insurance policies and maintain appropriate links with the insurance companies. •Provide advice on day-to-day insurance and claims related matters including self-insured losses within the KPIs, including but not limited to the provision and interpretation of insurance cover.
