## Description

The Council wishes to procure a consultant to undertake a feasibility study to consider the possibility and viability of a Food Centre: a shared food and beverage processing / production centre for small \(but with growth prospects\) food producers from the Norfolk county area\. The Council is not prescriptive about the specification of any Food Centre - rather this should be an output of the feasibility study, though initial thoughts have been based around a centre housing incubator / small production units\.
