## Description

Provision of maintenance and on-going support for the core Telephony platform across all areas of Liverpool City Council\. The current platform provides connectivity for all Liverpool City Council employees\. Currently these services comprise of a CS1000 telephony platform and Media Gateway services across all City Council Sites\.
