To procure a cloud-based solution to replace the current Trading Standards Information Management System - APP\. The existing system functionality uses old technology; therefore, the business is unable to take advantage of current web & digital functionality to enable mobile working, sharing live data with external partners, etc to improve efficiency & inaccuracy during data collection\.
