## Description

The Council is in receipt of Coastal Community Fund Grants for the seafront at Westward Ho\! As part of this project, which includes the rock pool reinstatement, new street furniture and surfacing etc, the Council wishes to erect a permanent building to replace the seasonal RNLI observation hut located on the Promenade Triangle complete with streetscene\.
