## Description

To support the development of a sustainable transport hub, WBC wish to prepare an outline business case for the potential town centre site\. This work will include: •master planning the area of and around the location of the proposed sustainable transport hub; •reviewing massing options for the site and exploring how built form could be accommodated alongside and/or above the sustainable transport hub; •establishing the function of the transport aspects of the hub; and •exploring options for the neighbouring WBC and HCC land holdings Please review and complete the attached Expression of Interest to register your interest in this requirement\.
