External:

Repaint structural posts, clean & repair fascia, make good to previously repaired areas of concrete hardstanding. Take down sections of wall affected by vehicular impact damage and rebuild. Fit new doors to the front & rear elevations.

Internal:

General clean to internal walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and fittings. Repair areas of damaged/missing wall & floor tiles. Decoration to ceilings, exposed block walls, door frames, and other joinery items.

Overhaul ventilation system ducting and fit new extractor fans throughout.
