External: Repaint structural posts, clean & repair fascia, make good to previously repaired areas of concrete hardstanding\. Take down sections of wall affected by vehicular impact damage and rebuild\. Fit new doors to the front & rear elevations\. Internal: General clean to internal walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures and fittings\. Repair areas of damaged/missing wall & floor tiles\. Decoration to ceilings, exposed block walls, door frames, and other joinery items\. Overhaul ventilation system ducting and fit new extractor fans throughout\.
