York FAS Property Level Protection

The objective of the works is to survey and then supply and install PFR measures to the following 150 eligible properties in York.

To reduce risk of internal flooding to property owner properties. This will be achieved through the delivery of PFR works to properties. 2. Provide survey, supply, installation and independent review of suitable PFR measures for the properties in the remaining Flood Cells. 3. Provide design and construction management, supervision of other services as required and programme management.
