Hyflex Project - AV Equipment

Description

Birkbeck University of London are procuring the supply, installation and commissioning of audio-visual equipment for a number of its teaching spaces. These require equipping with AV equipment to enable us to deliver teaching in our newly adopted 'HyFlex' methodology to both in-person and remote students. The rooms in scope are a mixture of empty spaces, to those currently equipped with classroom AV equipment in a variety of designs, and of a variety of ages. It is our expectation that a proportion of existing equipment can be retained and reused within new designs. This is important both from the perspective of cost effectiveness and sustainability. We are actively seeking bids that incorporate appropriate levels of re-use where possible.
