Development Framework Agreement

Description

ForViva is procuring a Framework Agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that contracts will be let to contractors within the Framework for the provision of a range of new build construction and development projects ("Development Contracts"). The Framework Agreement will be divided into 3 Lots; Lot 1- Contractors - Call-off Contract value of less than £2 million Lot 2 - Contractors - Call-off Contract value of between £2 million and £5 million. Lot 3 - Contractors - Call-off Contract value of more than £5 million. A summary of the types of contracts / projects that will be called off under each of them and the total estimated value of these over the four year Framework term is set out in the tender documentation.
