Work description
Elis Transformation Change Framework 2.0 anticipates to provide capabilities to cover requirements from NHS Commissioning Support Units across England and will be split into lots based on homogenous requirements. The framework aims to meet current and future challenges from our growing customer base and particular requirements, including the need for specialist, research, best practice and academic resources as follows: 1.Lot 1 - Research and Expert Clinical Knowledge. 2.Lot 2 - Organisation and System Development. 3.Lot 3 - Business Intelligence, Information Technology & Technical Expertise 4. Lot 4 - Communications and Engagement.
Additional information: Further to the attached Contract notice published in the OJEU on 20/06/2017 with reference OJS 2017/S 116-233418, the Elis Group of CSUs (the "Authority") is issuing this invitation to Tender ("ITT") to you in connection with the competitive procurement of the Elis transformation Change Framework 2.0.
The ITT contains further information about the Procurement Process. Annex B contains the ITT Evaluation Criteria and Weighting for questions that Bidders must respond to. Annex D contains information on the Contract. Each Bidder's response ("Tender") should be detailed enough to allow the Authority to make an informed award decision. All Tenders must be returned no later than the Deadline for receipt of Tenders specified on the front cover of this ITT and this notice.
The Authority is using the Pro-Contract e-Tendering portal to conduct the Procurement Process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login. All messaging, clarifications and communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal.
