Work description
This specification details the external repairs to the profiled metal roof at the Acorn Building. Please see schedule of work and preliminaries documents. Due to problems in accessing the roof during design period and tender period provisional quantities are indicated within the schedule of work, these will be confirmed when access is achieved at start of contract.
