## Description

West Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of West Sussex\. West Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider \(the "Service Provider"\) to undertake such services as described in Document 2: The Service Specification\. The tender will be split into the following lots: • Lot 1: Highway Inventory Data Collection • Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection \(CVI\) Survey of Unclassified 'D' roads and all Roundabouts • Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A, B and C Roads • Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey • Lot 5: SCRIM Survey and Site Investigations Contracts will be awarded on a lot-by-lot basis to the highest scoring bidder for each lot\. Contracts will be awarded for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year\.
