## Description

Colchester City Council are seeking an independent commercial operator and management agent for the emerging Creative and Digital grow-on centre being developed on the site of the former bus depot at 43 Queen Street in Colchester's City Centre\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. The contract period will be for 5 years from the commencement date and the dates provided are purely a guide due to the proposed site currently being under construction\.
