Work description
The LGA is delivering 6 Cyber Challenges between January and March 2022 to reduce cyber risk in councils through coaching and building capabilities. A Cyber Challenge will involve a team of experienced officers, council members and external cyber experts spending up to 30 hours per person over a 3-4 week period with the host council to provide challenge and share learning based on an Investigation Framework and the priorities identified by the host council. The six host councils will receive a comprehensive report and recommendations from the team and then work together to identify an action plan to respond.
The LGA wishes to work with a partner organisation or individual(s) to provide leadership to the six pilot cyber challenges, the challenge teams, and to deliver the follow up reports.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
