Media Buying Services

The Authority is seeking to procure only one supplier to provide, when required, a media buying service to:

• To advise the authority on the most suitable range of OOH channels tailored to each individual campaign • To advise the authority on the most suitable locations for OOH placements to meet campaign objectives • To secure OOH placements at the best possible rates • To provide advice around OOH campaign timelines to ensure best value for money • Provide an Account Manager to be the point of contact for the Authority • Manage the requested job, based on provision of a brief from the Authority: Inclusive of advice and guidance, a quote and, where requested, examples of suggested concepts • Have substantial relevant marketing and communications experience including, but not limited to, the public sector • Have up-to-date knowledge of marketing and communications approaches and techniques • Ownership of the appropriate technology/software • Have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering communication and marketing products and campaigns, including digital and print. • Utilisation of specialist supply chains/sub-contractors where necessary to deliver specialist requirements • Be able to work closely with The Authority to engage staff and volunteers in communications and marketing • Be willing to provide advice and guidance to ideas generated by the Authority's Media & Engagement Team • Share a passion for our goals and share the Authority's values
